½ cup FUD® Campirano™ squeezable Mexican Style Sour Cream
¼ cup drained pickled jalapeño peppers
1 tablespoon hot sauce
Lime wedges for garnish
Preheat oven to 450°. Place taquitos ½ inch apart on rimmed baking pan; bake 8 minutes or until heated through and starting to crisp. Top taquitos with tomatoes, bell pepper and cheese; bake 7 minutes or until cheese melts.
Serve taquitos topped with green onions, radishes, avocado, sour cream, jalapeño peppers and hot sauce garnished with lime wedges. Makes about 6 cups.
