Bacon Wrapped Taquitos
24 slices FUD® Selecto Sliced Bacon
24 FUD® Menu Del Sol Chicken Taquitos
1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons ranch seasoning mix
1 cup FUD® Campirano™ squeezable Mexican Style Sour Cream
¼ cup plus 2 tablespoons lowfat cultured buttermilk
2½ tablespoons sriracha chili sauce
½ teaspoon cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon chopped green onion for garnish
Preheat oven to 450°; line rimmed baking pan with parchment paper. Wrap 1 slice bacon around each taquito; secure with toothpicks and place 1 inch apart on prepared pan. Bake taquitos 30 minutes or until bacon is crisp, turning once. Transfer taquitos to paper towel-lined plate.
In medium bowl, whisk ranch seasoning, sour cream, buttermilk, sriracha and pepper. Makes about 1½ cups.
Serve taquitos with dip garnished with onion.
